Bad Service, Incompetend, Overpriced. my engine was stolen at the shop site, I am not joking!!

my provided oil filter was stolen, and my water pump as well

with other words they have never installed these parts, but pretended,

I took them to court, but our highly "qualified," conservative republican judge, Denine J. Guy, send me home without a single dollar of compensation, did not consider the well supported evidence, did not look once at the numerous fotos I have taken as evidence, and Mr. Carter "made her believe" that he has a very high customer satisfaction rate. That is how it is, if your fate lies in one little judge. "I guess the glove did not fit"

However, dont you think these reviews speak for itself?

very little had been offered to me as a compensation

the car did not run properly and died on the way home from the shop.

the body was damaged at the shop, Water Star Motors, Santa Cruz, River St 318, the family owned business.

Be careful, it may turn into a very unpleasant experience.

Unbelievable, its material for Rip off reports on TV, or Newspapers, I should have done that.

Obviously, having friends and family of the Carter Clan, writing positive reviews on Yelp, does not help, your true colors are very much showing, it is a shame to have such a business in the county.
