Bait and Switch!. Dr. Michael C. Spellman was caught in a conspiracy which started as an illegal unauthorized contrast injection. Rather than follow a do not inject directive and referral, the patient was injected with contrast dye causing an immediate anaphylactic reaction causing permanent injuries. To protect his technician, Dr. Spellman, a shareholder, lied claiming he changed the order. That was a lie. Rather than admit his violations of patient's rights and several medical laws, they chose to alter the patient's medical records, lie in depositions and in court, were involved in witness tampering and conspired to hide the details of their confirmed illegal activities.

Lie after lie, RMG is digging a deeper hole. In an attempt to stop the patient from telling about what happened, RMG proceeded to file for restraining orders while lying on the applications. The orders were denied by two judges three times due to the FACTUAL evidence.

Now, several years later, Radiology Medical Group is still harassing the patient they injured in an attempt to extort large sum of moneys. The lies and conspiracy Radiology Medical Group perpetrated against the patient are inexcusable. RMG is angry this patient has gone public with the truth about their perverse activities and they are attempting to damage his reputation and business. There is no place in our society for criminals like Radiology Medical Group and Dr. Michael Spellman.
