The sale guy was very helpful. He was very nice and provided great service. I have spoken to many sales rep. over email. No one is a gentleman like David. He was very thoughtful.

I am in love with car, love the service I received from Sales Rep Charlie Yeo and had just an overall great and rewarding experience that I have referred several people to purchase a car with Toyota of Santa Cruz. we bought our Certified Sequoia there and we love it!! They recently expanded their service facility and we did not need an appointment to smog it. The service people said "Just bring it in!". I thought that was great!!

our family have owned Toyotas for the past 20 years, all were purchased from Toyota of Santa Cruz, the sales staff are the greatest and I just need to say I LOVE..LOVE..LOVE.. My new Vensa, out of all the different cars and trucks we owned this is the most comfortable and the gas use is the best. I went to phoenix on 1 1/3 tanks of gas. The service is great as well. Thanks Toyota!!

good customer servi ce. "Bought a used Toyota Tacoma through Jeff Long. Quite a good experience. Jeff came through with a new windshield when I noticed that the old one was pitted.
