Great personal service.. I have taken my two Lexus vehicles there for the past year, because they are a Diamond Certified retailer - which gaurantees work performed. Great personal service, ride home or loaner available. Performed some service without charge. Highly recommended - as good as the Lexus dealer but less expensive.

Fabulous service. I have taken my Civic to the Car Care Center since I purchased with 180,000 miles on it 2 years ago. They have never been anything but professional. They have never done any unnecessary work and have always explained to me what was done. I have never paid for "fishing expeditions" with them. If they have trouble finding a problem, they try to find a cost-effective way to test components. In my case, my A/C was working intermittently. They swapped out relays with ones they had on hand and did not charge me since they were just testing.

If I have to leave my car there for the day or overnight, they usually have a loaner car for me. I couldn't recommend them more.

Beware. These folks have been extremely dishonest with me. They did repairs which did not relate to the problems I was having and didn't resolve the problem, only to tell me, on my return, that it must be something else. They also lied to me telling me I needed a very expensive repair....a new head gasket. By that time I had begun to suspect them and I took my car to the Acura dealer for a diagnosis. They told me my head gasket was fine.
