Beware of the Geek Squad!. Beware, beware, beware! Run away as fast as you can and find someone who will treat you honestly, stand behind what they do, and provide a service. This place is not it. The endless recorded messages they play while they have you on hold tells you customer service is important, but alas, it is all rhetoric. Wish firedog was still around. They wiped out all my files, after promising me they had NEVER lost anything, ever, honest! charged me $350. for the experience and I paid another $540. to get the last 3 pictures of my now deceased mother in law recovered. (I told them I had photos that could not be replaced in my files.) I was going to get a new laptop instead of go this route, they talked me out of it. I did not use an individual locally suggested to me, thought a corporation, big business safer, more professional. I could not have been MORE WRONG IN THAT ASSESSMENT!
