Dog & Family Friendly. We had a great time last year. Small rooms but with kitchen and fridge. No A/C but being so close to the water it worked out well. Our dogs were able to go to the beach with us and run around. Its hard to find a place where dogs are welcome. I would recommend this to anyone who travels with the whole family. Very laid back and comfortable atmosphere.

Funky but comfortable Santa Cruz atmosphere.. My family and I spent three wonderful days at Ocean Echo in Spring of 2008. The cottages are a bit small and funky - this is not the Holiday Inn. But it you're looking for a place to stay that will put your feet right on the sand almost immediately out your door and you like nice gardens and a very homey atmosphere, this is a great place. Your dog will love it too! For only a small fee dogs are welcome. Give it a try!
