Good service at Parrot. I read those "bad service" reviews and thought I'd take my chances anyway. I made a phone call to find out about getting a broken charger replaced. The person who answered was entirely helpful and suggested how I might go about it, since they don't sell the chargers anymore at Parrot. He was friendly and efficient and I have no complaints.

Cell Phone Store. Yeah, it seems that they're often short-staffed often, so there is often a wait. But I found the service to be professional and friendly, which is A WHOLE LOT BETTER than the AT&T store at the Capitola Mall where there is also a wait and customer service is non-existant.

Editorial Review. Cell phone store sells the latest brand phones with coverage plans from Cingular that include family and Internet options.

Parrot Cellular on River Street. On Easter, we went to the Parrot cellular store, but it was closed due to the holiday. My roommate wanted to switch from Verizon to AT & T and was ready to buy ...

So we returned the next day at 4pm The sign on the door said they were short-staffed and went on a lunch break and would return at 4:30pm......so we went on an errand and returned....finally at 4:35 two different guys pulled up in cars and unlocked the store......( WHY did BOTH have to take lunch at the same time?) So there were lots of customers waiting and one customer looked contagious and sick and it was going to take another 35 minutes for us to get a phone and account activated. We got frustrated and left and went home and ordered new service and a phone online.....
