Yummy Cookies!!!!. As you walk in downtown santa cruz you will undoubtedly smell the unresistable smell of fresh baked cookies baking. I have had my fare share of cookies but these cookies taste just like homemade. The chocolate chip and lemon drop are my favorites. You can also get chocolate dipped cookies on some days of the week. My friend had the ice cream on a cookie and was raving about it. Don't miss this place when you visit santa cruz!

Pacific Cookie Company is Rude Don't Bother. Pacific Cookie Company has a good product, but the worse customer service. The help is rude and lacks any customer service skills. I find it not worth it. If I want a cookie I will go to the grocery store. The store on Pacific is not that clean and looks questionable. Many times the help has been rude. They do not like to wait on customers. Last few times, the cookies were stale anyway, I think they resell the left overs the next day. Its to much money for a stale cookie. I can live without this downtown experience.
