Borders is Excellent. Borders is excellent. The selection is amazing, the customer service is excellent although a little over bearing at times. I find most products priced without the key stone mark up being to out of site. Cafe is pleasant. Best store for browsing comfortably in Santa Cruz. Nice atmophere to . The areas for reading and reviewing your choices are quiet and nice. Staff is just 5 star. We are so glad you came to Santa Cruz.
