Hasenauer horror. Dr.Hasenauer was our family Dr. for a short while, and I can confirm that reports of arrogance and dismissive uninterested behavior on his part are accurate. I can also confirm that he does seem fond of telling people to go to the ER, rather than evaluating and advising himself. He is so enamored of his own creamy goodness that there is little room in his office for both his ego and your health concerns. I've never been to a worse physician.
