Don't try to make a return!. I was shopping for a friend's birthday in January, and chose a lgihtweight jacket that my friend and I had looked at in December. When I purchased it, I explained that it was a gift, and I wasn't sure of the size. The owner assured me that it would be fine. The size wasn't correct, and it wasn't fine when my friend tried to return it. She was berated by the owner that jacket season was almost over, and with much ado was allowed to pick something right then, or lose the credit. My friend felt awful, and extremely uncomfortable. Needless to say, neither of us will ever walk in there again.
