Decent food - Decent prices. I have eaten several times at Golden China recently. The food is good, the service a little slow, but I left happy with yummy leftovers.

A few years ago all the dishes I tried tasted strongly of ginger. That is no longer so.

Worse customer service I've encountered. If you order a dish and get something that you were not expecting AT ALL, you might have to pay unless you want to deal with the extremely unpleasant owner.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS. I seriously hope they don't treat their employees the same way they treat customers. My sister had been a regular customer for 2 years, she brought me here bragging about their good food.

I ordered Chow Fun expecting the same dish they serve in China (or similar) and every other Chinese Restaurant; for some reason they deep fried the noodles, which seemed really disgusting to us. Very nicely we explained our disappointment, however the "owner" Jenny Uw refused to replace the dish and kept insisting on charging us for it instead of giving it away to an employee.

She wouldn't listen to our arguments, when you go to a Chinese restaurant you expect a Chinese dish which this wasn't!

She didn't apologize or listen to us. The staff was really nice and apologetic, unfortunately they have a terrible boss that knows nothing about good customer service.

Food was spoiled. I was a regular customer at Golden China for over 10 years we had company lunches ordered to go at least once a week but unfortunately one day i was in the restaurant and ordered mongolian beef the beef was spoiled i mentioned it to the server when the server came back she stated the owner said i could place an order and get 50% off the next plate. This was really upsetting to me and I am constantly telling friends and acquaitances to not eat there. They were unprofessional and greedy.
