don't bother. Brought in today and they did a terrible job. Manager very rude. Asked to redo the inside and they wouldn't. Paid $25.00. Manager said "you get what you paid for".

Waste of money, felt ripped off.

Look for someone else.... I've been using this car wash for many years, and I was mostly happy. My major complaint in the past was the inconsistency of their finisher. It seems like they don't really train these people. Now this very issue has come home to roost in a big way for me.

My wife took in her minivan for a wash, and she observed the finisher yanking hard on the automated side door. Later in the day the door jammed badly when we tried opening it. I called them, and got a flat "too bad for you, you didn't do anything about it while still here' reply.

I recommend you look for a more responsible car wash service.

Good job by friendly people. Today I went to Whalers Car Wash for the first time. The man who I talked to to figure out what package would fit my needs was very friendly. We laughed several times during the process. I wanted a complete detail but I had arived too late to get it done that day (3 hr job). Instead I got their car wash for $24.99; machine washed and waxed, hand dried, windows cleaned inside and out, vacuum, and wipe down of the interior. It took about 30 minutes. They ask if you want air freshener and protectant for your dash board and other plastic. I liked that as I did not want anything on my dash (tends to cause cracking over time). The air freshener was nice and lite, not over powering. I was pleased with the results and will go back. I want to check out the detailing.

BTW, if someone is rude, your attitude may have something to do with it. To have it ruin your day is obserd.

Worst customer experience I've ever had. ...very very rude staff. So rude that I feel compelled to point it out online. This is just a car wash but one trip there actually managed to ruin my whole day.
