Very poor service. Be prepared to pay for their mistakes!.
Had a simple insurance repair need recently. Replacing a dented bumper cover on a Toyota. Was supposed to take two days. Waited to bring the car in until they had the part. Due to some mixup with their suppliers the part was wrong and the repair took three days. I was out of pocket for three days of rental car. I asked for one day to be paid since the delay was not my fault. They refused. No explanation given. I have repaired 4-5 cars over the last ten years at Krafts amounting to $20k or more in billing. They have lost a customer over $41 bucks to cover a days rental. Not only was I disappointed in their handling of my issue, but their disinterest in my satisfaction as a customer will ensure that I never return and that I suggest that my friends avoid the place. There are other reputable shops in town. What a poor business decision that they have made. Btw, I pointed out to the advisor, Shawn, the cost benefit of my request, he appealed to the powers that be and was declined.

The office staff was very welcoming, it was very clean, and the vehicle was very well done. I was very happy and satisfied with the repairs. The vehicle was exceptional clean when I picked it up.
Expressed willingness to travel.
I would say that I received a few estimates. It was a better deal thanelse where. It was god service and accommodating. They expressed willingness to travel to my house to pick me up if needed.
Trustworthy body shop.
Kraft's Body Shop was prompt, courteous and well done. They arranged for a rental car for me. The program that they set up was very nice. For an inconvenient situation they minimized my worries. My car needed a slight repair and they did a good job on it. If I need anything else done I will go there. They are very trustworthy.
