It was short anf sweet and I am satisfied.. Everything was easy and they did not waste any time. I could pick up the rental car there. The staff was nice and smiling. If I need to go back there I will.

super convenient and paint was done right. So far so good, the vehicle looks great. They are the only shop that I go to, The repairs were done on time, was a good job, and they matched the coloring perfectly. I liked them having the Enterprise office inside the facility, it made it really nice, plus they got me the car I wanted. Susan got the Prius rental for me and just everyone over there was great.

High quality work. They were on time and they did high quality work. They have done a lot of work for me. Rueben was very good. They were very personable. The receptionist was really nice too.

Great place. They're a great place to go to. Very efficient and friendly. I dealt with Ruben, and he was very timely and communicative. Everybody down there was friendly and knew what they were doing. I was very happy with him. Kraft's Body shop were very professional, the facility was very clean, got me a handicap car, had the agency, Enterprise on site. Everything was very easy. The estimator was very thorough and I thought, for a bad experience, it turned out to be a good thing.

The staff was friendly. I have used them before and they always do great work. I like them a lot. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. They are easy to work with and the staff was friendly.
