Well i had the calamari, and it was nasty. Rubbery and chewy, but i guess im spoiled because i lived in spain for past 4 years and it was like a town favorite in out providence

This steakhouse was recommended to us by a local . My wife ordered the sirloin and I ordered the filet.
Both were tender and flavorful. My wife commented that the sirloin could have passed for a filet. It was so tender. The gorgonzola topping could have been melted on the filet instead of being placed on top like a pat of butter. The sides were also flavorful but average. The ambience is equivelant to a cross between an outback steakhouse and marie callenders. From the website appearance I thought it would make a romantic setting. Go to Shadowbrook for that. The wait staff was very friendly and prompt. The meal cost could be less. I paid almost what I paid at Shadowbrook for the same order. The filet there is comparable.
The cost could be 10-15% less at Hindquarter. We'd probably return for lunch.
