My wife and I have been bringing all of our cars to Ed's Portola Arco for more than 14-years and have consistently received excellent service. On the one occasion when a part proved faulty, they immediately got a new part and reinstalled it at no charge. We have often recommended them to our local Santa Cruz neighbors & friends and they have agreed that Mike, the manager and Ed's son, was a pleasure to deal with. They have always made sure to schedule our repairs to fit our needs.

Ripoff. totally unrepentent for overcharging us for work they really didn't do. Way overpriced to begin with. If you value your vehicle and money, go elsewhere.
