SO DISAPPOINTED! We were on vacation and decided to get massages during our stay. The website is so NOT what you experience. We drove up to an industrial/residential area...proceeded down a long BACK driveway with broken down cars and campers. As we parked a girl was in her car next to us and was lighting up a glass pipe which we surmised was a "crack pipe" due the omission of any smells coming from the car. We wanted to leave our valubles locked in the car but under these circumstances even leaving the car didn't seem safe! We called the front desk and a woman came out and proceeded to tell us that she would charge us full price if we didn't come in...we called our bank, the police and left...she called us and informed us that the girl in her parking lot was smoking "pot" and had a license to do so...In public and/or driving is not legal...regardless...not the atmosphere we were expecting.

Note even after all this she charged our card $260.00! THEIVES!!!

Get your Zen at Kiva. I went in for a massage, and had a great session and experience, I would highly recomend the Kiva retreat, friendly, accomodating, professional staff. A very relaxing, invorgorating deep tissue massage by a very talented therapist.

Day spa. You cannot find a more relaxing place to spend your free time. The staff is marvelous and the grounds are like a Garden of Eden. My wife and I are regularly visitors who always looking forward to visiting Kva and always hate leaving.

Great Outdoor Spas. What Kiva lacks in the way of Japanese gardens and combo saunas they more than make up for with their outdoor, redwood enclosed hottubs. Perfect for early evening R&R. And with Santa Cruz's gentle weather patterns, it's almost a year-round treat. Sip Odwalla and chill.
