WOW!!! I was locked out of my house at one am, probably drop. WOW!!! I was locked out of my house at one am, probably dropped my keys somewhere. Called this locksmith company and talked to a very nice dispatcher. I know all the stories of bad experiences, but this one was great. The guy was there in 15 min and after explaining to me what he was going to do he opened my door in a very reasonable price. I recommend this company for everyone. Really the best!!!!

Our lock was not working and we couldn't open our door. The. Our lock was not working and we couldn't open our door. The guy from this locksmith company dashes over in 30 minutes and with a bit of time and effort, did a door repair, with a new lock and a better one (high security as opposed to a deadbolt). He was professional, courteous, and the fee was very reasonably priced, especially considering it was an emergency service call. We were really pleased and would definitely use him again in the future

The customer service this locksmith had was amazing, I wish it was like that everywhere. they really showed that they cared and were willing to help me and give me the best service. Super friendly and patient with me, walked through the whole process with me and communicated with me what was going to be done and the pricing, before anything was even started. It was great! Nice people and company to work with if your looking for a locksmith!

can not say enough positive things about This locksmith com. can not say enough positive things about This locksmith company. My girlfriend and I went to them based on the internet - and they were wonderful. The service was very responsive, patient and fair . If you have find yourself locked out of house, give them a call, they are open 24 hours, we even got a real customer service person at 1 in the morning!!

I couldn?t find my car key anywhere and after a day or two o. I couldn?t find my car key anywhere and after a day or two of searching for the car key I finally gave up and called Best Bay Locksmith. 35 minutes later there was a technician at my door and he was able to replace my car key for me on the spot by using the serial numbers in my car manual. He also re keyed my locks so only the new car keys open my car and I don?t have to worry that someone may have found my original car key. The guy also gave me a discount because he was 5 minutes late! I recommend Best Bay Locksmith to anyone who needs auto locksmith service.

I used them to help me with my master lock and they were gre. I used them to help me with my master lock and they were great. Very friendly professionals who look out for their customers. The master locks the supplied for me were great quality and very reasonably priced.
