Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, Personalized Treatment. I tell all my friends to go to the local Verizon store, North Pacific Cellular. The personalized attention is what keeps us with Verizon. I never feel like another number. The customer service reps are always friendly and willing to help, whether I need another phone or information on my current phones functionality. I now travel out of my way because of the excellent service I have received.
