Deep Apology.
This is in response to the gentleman who had a negative experience with us at The Vault Gallery.
My deepest apologies! Words cannot express my disappointment in how Paul treated you. I would like to say that he is no longer working for the company. We are currently under new ownership, and would like to invite you back in to the store for a second try. Please hold on to the positive thoughts of your early experience with the sales associate who was generally helpful, and who located beautiful diamonds for you. My deepest apologies again!

Nice selection. Unprofessional service..
I had a very bad experience with the Vault Gallery. At first, I was generally pleased as they had a nice inventory of higher end jewelery and also helped me locate some beautiful diamonds (at rates only slightly above market). Their service was generally helpful too. However, when I kindly informed them that I found a ring elsewhere, they were very rude. One of their owners (Paul) literally hung up on me. Then he tried to prevent another shop from working with me. Buying a diamond exposed me to lots of sleeze but this was one of the least professional establishments I encountered.
