If you want sandwhiches or lasagna or ravilis or to pick up some Italian stuff like polenta or olive oil even BRIOSCHI is here! I love the place and if it ever delivers I will be in HEAVEN!!! YUM

These sandwiches never fail to disappoint. Its no wonder this place has stood the test of time. I dig the oldschool deli feel, and the selection of sandwiches is vast (the Hawaiian an tri-tip are my faves). They have a good selection of random desserts and candies from other countries you can't find most places. I haven't tried the pre-made Italian foods yet, but most people tell me those are tasty. Also, cheese is probably my favorite thing ever and they have a great selection of that here. Basically this place covers all the bases and then some, but it costs a little bit more than the other sandwich places in the area. Well worth it though, best to-go food downtown by FAR

Before a day of kayaking we, five friends from out of town stopped at this recommended deli and ordered sandwiches. The place smelled so good and was bustling with people. Everyone loved their sandwiches and was very pleased. A few of us ordered the, "Castroville", very tasty, but one was definitely bigger than the other. So it depends on who makes yours! This deli was a great fine.
