Best Record store in Santa Cruz. Nice people employed here, very helpful. Excellent Selection. Highly Recommended. Location is less than desirable, however if you go in the early morning, you have their full attention and no bums hanging around outside. You can find any record or DVD here. Vintage and New. Nicely done.

New Guy's Take on a Classic. I just had my first taste of the Streetlight experience about a week ago, and I must say that it was everything I'd hoped. The CD selection is great, the vinyl aisles are well-equipped, and the prices are not bad at all. Scouring the vinyl, I found several full-length LP's on wax that I would have paid a lot more for at shops I'd been to in the past. Where else can you find Koma + Bones, Leftfield, and Bedrock Breaks for under twenty bucks a pop? My advice to other DJ's in the area: drop by, you're sure to find a gem or two.
