Water St. Stereo Rocks!!!. I was in the market for a new stereo system and tv. Water St. Stereo came out and gave me an estimate for the equipment I needed. They were very knowledgeable of their products and gave me several ideas and options. The installation went off with out a hitch and my entire family loves the new system. I would highly recommend using Water St. Stereo for any of your audio or video needs!

Water Street Stereo Provides Excellent Service. Water Street Stereo was a pleasure to work with when they installed our outside speaker system and provided contract services for wiring our surround sound system indoors. We found the staff courteous, professional, and attentive to detail. We were very happy with the quality of the work and the excellent help that they provided when we were selecting our equipment. I will definitely use their services again!

CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT. It used to be it would just take forever to get a call back from Nate. Now, you just get the run-around and blank faces! Robert...YOU STILL ROCK MAN!!!! Everybody, else sorry BUT WAKE UP!!! It is been weeks and they cannot tell me anything on my stuff. Someone will call, we'll see if that day comes.

DISAPPOINTING. I ordered a Speaker System from Water Street Stereo and was told it would take two weeks to receive it ... ?because of the Holidays?. It is now three weeks and they cannot tell me anything regarding the delivery time. Today you can ship packages around the world and have delivery in 24 hours ... this is simply ridiculous. My relative bought the same audio equipment from a dealer in LA and received shipment at his house in three days. Very disappointing!

Great Customer Service every time!. Water Street Stereo has been our "go to" company for years. They have installed serveral components and have managed to figure out the mystery of too many remotes etc. Really wonderful service and they have great follow up too. Can't say enough good things about doing business with these local system folks! And no, I'm not related:-)

Horrible - Horrible - Horrible!!!!. Do not use this service. Where do I start, overpriced, bad followup, over billing, you name it they do it. I had them install some equipment in my home and the equipment still does not work and after leaving numerous phone messages to Nate's pager I(owner) never got a return call. To add insult they sent a bill for services they never completed and have left threating messages. I ABSOULUTLEY DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.
