Unforgettable.... On a visit to see extended family a couple years ago (we are from Portland, Oregon), while poking around in the antique shops in Capitola, we happened upon Gayle's Bakery. It was perfect timing because we were looking for lunch. I am so glad we stopped in. Our lunch was so unforgettable that we went back a few times during our short stay. The breads we brought back home were also fabulous! I continue to think about Gayle's to this day. This year, I plan on ending my misery and ordering at least some bread from the bakery. Sometimes, I feel like I could relocate to Capitola because of Gayle's. It is just that good.
