definitely a good place to get a spa services.. When I came the parking lot was full and overflow was dirt..just washed my car two hours prior:( Overall great experience ...technicians of all ages from 22 to 64 years old (a 26 year established business)I enjoyed a microdermabrasion facial( with Sonya)l,90 min therapeutic massage(with Krista) and shampoo style(with Tara).all the stylist had been there 5 plus years and were happy employees..very sweet and personable..not your average stuffy spa. Thank you Spoiled Rotten staff for the relaxing experience.I will be back.

Great service and relaxing atmosphere. I came in last Saturday and received a haircut/ massage/manicure/facial. The service was splendid and the atmosphere was relaxing and therapeutic. After a long week in the corporate world, it was nice to be pampered for a two hour session. The "Be Spoiled" package is the way to go.

Bad Service. The service I got was horrible, I went in this week for a massage and facial. While getting my facial, the blonde girl was texting the whole time. Did she think I was that dumb to not hear the phone vibrating on the table, then her stop what she is doing and that I couldnt hear the clicking of the buttons as she typed? I thought it couldnt get worse, then right after I went to another room for my massage with a young red headed girl. I kept hearing a phone vibrate, at first I was so embarrased because I thought it was my phone in my purse.. turns out it was her phone and she actually ANSWERED IT!!! Yes, the massage therapist answered her cell phone while giving me a massage. I was shocked. This is the worst service I have recieved! Other then these two young girls I have had good service in the past.

best salon and day spa. Best services around,good prices,friendly staff,beautiful courtyard,would return when we come back to town.
